At Jubilee Community Development Corporation, we are committed to seeing restoration and renewal for the lives of people living in North St. Louis.
Our mission is to eliminate the consequences of benign neglect within North St. Louis City. We provide recovery houses, job training, employment opportunities, and community renewal projects to create real change and empower individuals and families to break the cycle of poverty.
We are renovating former Eliot Elementary School, an historic building that has been abandoned since 2004, into a wellness center. We are transforming this building into a beacon of hope and renewal for our community. We are partnering with Paric Construction, Trivers Architects, Husch Blackwell and Emerald Capital to make this dream a reality. Join us as we work to revitalize this historic building, and create a space that will serve our community for generations to come.

Jubilee Oasis Farm is an urban farm located next to Jubilee Community Church that grows organic food for sale and distribution.
