About Us

Our Mission & Vision

Our mission is to eliminate the consequences from benign neglect within North St. Louis City. We provide recovery houses, job training, employment opportunities, and community renewal projects to create real change and empower individuals and families to break the cycle of poverty.

Jubilee Wellness Center

Jubilee Community Wellness Center

We are renovating former Eliot Elementary School, an historic building that has been abandoned since 2004, into a wellness center. We are transforming this building into a beacon of hope and renewal for our community. We are partnering with Paric Construction, Trivers Architects, Husch Blackwell and Emerald Capital to make this dream a reality. Join us as we work to revitalize this historic building, and create a space that will serve our community for generations to come.

In addition to expanding all of our current initiatives through the Wellness Center, we have future plans of using the Wellness Center for the following:

N

An Outpatient Treatment Clinic for Opioid, Alcohol and other Drug Additions
